WHO THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR

This is not the place for you if accountability and honest feedback are not important to you. We expect the same standard from everyone and since our reputation lives or dies with every job. One sloppy call doesn't just cost us a client, it can cost us the ten referrals they would have sent.

If you are looking for just a sales job, then this is the wrong company for you, we present honest options and earn the work from our clients. This is a non-negotiable here.

This also isn't the right fit if you're looking for a place to just coast. The truck, the tools, the paperwork, and the client in front of you are yours to own, and how you handle the details can tell us everything about how you handled the job.

Finally, if callbacks don’t bother you, we're probably not a match. We want our technicians to care when there is a callback, not out of fear, but because they hold themselves to a higher standard and want to understand why it happened and how to help prevent them in the future.
