As a Teacher, you will lead a class of students through a successful school year, creating and implementing a comprehensive educational curriculum. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, and has a passion for teaching!Responsibilities: Plan a classroom curriculum that meets school standardsEncourage the development of students’ critical thinking skillsPrepare any necessary learning materialsAssign homeworkTake attendanceGrade assignments and provide feedbackDocument students’ learning progressCollaborate with other teachers and school personnel to create a healthy and safe learning environmentReport and document behavioral incidentsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher and state teaching certificationPrevious experience teaching at the k-12 level is preferredUnderstanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom managementKnowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills
