What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Attendant position at Isla Bella Beach Resort?
Skills
· Ensure all charges for rental and sale items are accurately processed
· Ensure all safety precautions are implemented and monitored
· Assists guests with the appropriate use of aquatics facility.
· Maintains the highest quality standards in the pool area.
· Monitors the pool area and replenishes all amenities offered.
· Completes work projects as assigned by supervisor and managers.
· Restocks all BOH areas with supplies for FOH replenishment
· Adheres to safety precautions and procedures for using hazardous chemicals and ensures economical and safe use of supplies and equipment.
· Provides assistance and direction to our guests when necessary.
· Identifies and reports all maintenance issues.
· Identifies and reports all maintenance issues.
· Reports articles left behind to Lost and Found.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Prior luxury hotel or hospitality experience preferred
