Senior Accountant – Real Estate Portfolio

Are you an experienced accountant looking to deepen your real estate expertise while maintaining balance and stability?
Iskalo Development Corp. is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the financial reporting and accounting operations of a high-quality commercial real estate portfolio. This role offers meaningful responsibility, exposure to complex entities, and direct collaboration with property management and leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Own month-end close activities for assigned properties and entities
- Prepare and review property financial statements and variance analyses
- Reconcile general ledger, bank, escrow, and security deposit accounts
- Support CAM and real estate tax reconciliations
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, audits, and owner reporting
- Support capital projects and job cost accounting
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of accounting experience, ideally in real estate or property management
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
Nice to Have
- CAM reconciliation experience
- Portfolio or multi-entity accounting exposure
- Experience with Yardi, MRI, Sage, or similar systems

Location: Onsite, Williamsville, NY; Remote options available following training period
