PeopleSoft implementation experience
Ability to identify technical options and implementation strategies for requirements not efficiently delivered by PeopleSoft configurations.
Document legacy system architecture, as needed.
Develop strategies to enhance the interoperability of the existing PeopleSoft systems to increase data reliability, streamline workflows, and eliminate duplicate data entry.
Develop technical solutions to deliver existing and new functionality while reducing the number and complexity of PeopleSoft customizations.
Develop technical solutions to meet business needs not effectively and efficiently delivered by PeopleSoft.
Identify opportunities to streamline the number and complexity of interfaces to PeopleSoft and other applications.
