84 months of experience creating and maintaining software development artifacts, including context diagrams, textual use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications.
84 months of experience facilitating requirements workshops, JAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs to ensure requirements are clearly understood and communicated.
72 months of experience creating test plans and test cases, coordinating defect resolution with development teams, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
72 months of experience managing the requirements lifecycle, including requirements management plans, traceability, baselines, and change control.
36 months of experience working on healthcare applications, including patient records, billing and finance, or human resources systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
24 months of experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and Public Sector Solutions.
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Developer certification.
