Project Description
Heavy involvement with the in-progress Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, design, coding, configuration, testing, implementation, and data migration activities for NYSIF''s Customer Relationship Management project.
- Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
- Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and batch processes to support business logic.
- Design and develop data migration processes utilizing Microsoft APIs.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise applications and systems.
- Provide production support, issue resolution, troubleshooting, and application maintenance.
- Follow NYSIF application development standards including SDLC, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Web Accessibility, and IT Governance processes.
Required Qualifications
- 84 months of experience designing, developing, configuring, and deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
- 84 months of experience building Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate workflows.
- 84 months of experience designing, customizing, building, and populating Dataverse tables.
- Must currently hold at least one of the following valid Microsoft certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (MB-230)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
(Valid certification proof is required.) - 60 months of Oracle PL/SQL development experience including:
- Table creation
- Triggers
- Packages
- Procedures
- Functions
- Views
- SQL Tuning
- Data file generation from Oracle
- 60 months of experience with Microsoft C#.NET, Object-Oriented Programming, ASP.NET MVC, and web application development.
- 60 months of experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- 48 months of experience using Git in a Microsoft Windows environment, including branching, merging, and source control.
- 48 months of experience with Azure DevOps.
