Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cognos TM1 Developer to join our financial technology team in Oregon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics solutions that support business planning, forecasting, and reporting functions.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics development.
- Strong proficiency in TM1 Rules, TI Processes, and Cube Design.
- Experience with PAx (Planning Analytics for Excel) and TM1 Web interfaces.
- Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Good understanding of MDX (Multidimensional Expressions).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
