- 5 years of strong Business Analysis experience
- Preferred domain experience in:
- Banking & Financial Services (BFSI)
- Lending
- Mortgage
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage requirements in JIRA
- Good hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and validation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate with development, QA, and business teams effectively
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements
- Create and manage user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in JIRA
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL queries
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies
- Participate in testing activities whenever required and assist QA teams
- Support production deployments and post-production validation activities
- Troubleshoot issues, perform impact analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and business objectives
- Candidate should be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities including testing and production support activities
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with enterprise-level financial applications
- Familiarity with mortgage/lending workflows and business processes
- Prior experience in client-facing roles is a plus
