customers in accordance with applicable regulations and in a manner that

Job Requirements
### **Position Responsibilities**
- Perform hazardous materials remediation projects including tank
booth cleaning and maintenance, machine cleaning, etc.
- Perform multi-tasked remediation projects where the employee may be
lead
- Perform powerwashing activities
- Clean up trash and debris
- Operate a variety of lift trucks safely, including forklift, scissor
- Operate hand and power tools safely including jack hammers, power
- Support other projects within the Industrial Services Department
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Perform decontamination activities, such as cleaning the respirator
- Ensure proper functioning of, clean, and maintain PPE
- Comply with safety policies and procedures
- Assist with asbestos, lead, and mold removal when necessary
- Provide additional support as needed
- Good verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to work safely with equipment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong team player
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work fluctuating shifts and overtime
- Forklift Certification
- Prior experience in the fields of maintenance, janitorial,
- Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record
- Prior experience operating power tools and heavy equipment
