services to numerous iSi customers in accordance with applicable
regulations and in a manner that will meet facility required production
rates.
Job Requirements
### Position Responsibilities
40-hour Asbestos Supervisor training
2-3 years prior experience in asbestos abatement
5 years prior supervisory experience, supervising crew of up to 10
people
Strong knowledge of KDHE regulations
Excellent verbal communication skills

Job Description
Supervises and provides asbestos abatement, remediation and demolition
services to numerous iSi customers in accordance with applicable
regulations and in a manner that will meet facility required production
rates.
Job Requirements
### Position Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform asbestos abatement, remediation, demolition
- Supervise a team of 1-2 leads and 5-10 laborers, handling minor
- Perform air sampling and submit cassettes and air sheets in a timely
- Perform work in accordance with State and Federal regulations
- Supervise and perform lead abatement activities as needed
- Ensure employee compliance with safety policies and proper use of
- Ensure safe operation of power tools, lifts, motor vehicles, and
- Conduct daily toolbox safety meetings with crew personnel
- Enforce safety policies and train new hires for compliance
- Operate motor vehicles safely and in compliance with applicable
- Develop knowledge of client facilities and operations
- Provide customer service to client representatives and regulatory
- Track usage of supplies and equipment
- Inspect and track crew work
- Complete required project paperwork, such as timesheets, JSAs, and
- Submit required paperwork to Accounting Department for monthly
- Provide additional support as needed
