Role Description The Performance Coach role at ISI® Elite Training is a full-time, on-site position located in Grovetown and Evans, GA. The Performance Coach will lead small-group training sessions that align with ISI® Elite Training’s strength-based, high-intensity programming, while ensuring proper technique, safety, and motivation for all members. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching members through workouts, providing real-time feedback and form corrections, supporting individual performance goals, and delivering high-energy sessions that reflect the company’s core values. The Performance Coach will also conduct member assessments, help track progress, and collaborate with the team on programming, events, and retention strategies. Additional responsibilities may include attending team meetings, assisting with member engagement initiatives, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and community-focused training environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Coaching and Training skills, with the ability to lead group sessions and provide individualized guidance.
- Candidates should possess Business Coaching or mentoring skills to support member goal-setting, accountability, and overall experience.
- Relevant certifications in personal training, strength and conditioning, or related fields (e.g., NASM, ACE, CSCS) are highly beneficial.
- Experience working in functional fitness, sports performance, or group training environments is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills, with the ability to foster an inclusive, high-energy atmosphere.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as needed for member sessions.
