Day-to-day tasks include managing check-ins, handling phone calls and emails, scheduling sessions, processing payments, and supporting membership sales and renewals. The Front Desk Staff helps ensure the studio is organized and presentable, assists coaches and management with administrative tasks, and provides prompt, positive customer service to support the overall member experience.
