Performance Coach (Group Training) - ISI Elite Training | Conway, SC
ISI Elite Training Conway is seeking high-energy, knowledgeable, and professional Performance Coaches who are passionate about delivering exceptional group training experiences and driving real results for members.
We are looking for individuals who can confidently lead the room, coach with purpose, and create an elite training environment.
About ISI Elite Training
ISI Elite Training delivers 50-minute, coach-led, athletic-based training sessions designed to build strength, improve conditioning, and create a high-performance community. Our coaches are the heartbeat of our facility: combining technical coaching, leadership, and energy to create an unmatched member experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead structured group training sessions for 10-30 members across all fitness levels
- Provide hands-on coaching, form correction, and individualized attention within a group setting
- Deliver clear instruction and maintain control of the room with confidence and professionalism
- Motivate members while ensuring safety, proper movement, and progression
- Execute ISI programming with consistency while bringing your own coaching presence and leadership style
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA-accredited)
- Strong understanding of strength training, functional movement, and group coaching dynamics
- Ability to confidently lead and command a room
- Comfortable giving real-time corrections and coaching cues
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and communication
- Passion for helping others improve their health, performance, and confidence
Preferred (but not required)
- Previous group training or strength & conditioning coaching experience highly suggested
- Experience working in a high-energy, team-based fitness environment

Schedule

Requirements
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Current Personal Training Certification (NCCA-accredited
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
