Job Title - NetSuite System Administrator/Developer

Work Mode-Remote (must overlap with Eastern Time Zone)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite System Administrator who will oversee the company’s NetSuite ERP system and will support both strategic projects (like CPQ and OneWorld) and day-to-day operations through system configuration, customization, and administration.

Required Experience (5 years):

• Must-Have: 5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Experience with NetSuite scripting, customizations, and module administration.
• Strong communication skills — responsive, clear, and collaborative.
• Self-motivated and able to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work remotely with ~4-hour overlap to Eastern Time

Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure the NetSuite system, including CPQ and Manufacturing Mobile modules.
• Manage ad-hoc NetSuite tasks: custom forms, scripting, and system requests.
• Lead or support the OneWorld implementation for client’s multiple entities.
• Ensure timely delivery of NetSuite-related projects, with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain scripts and customizations to streamline processes.
• Liaise with different departments to understand and deliver on their NetSuite needs.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with CPQ or manufacturing workflows.
• Exposure to reporting tools like Power BI.
