Duties
- Clear and clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist with bussing tables by removing used dishes and resetting tables efficiently.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic cooking and plating assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Help with food service duties such as serving guests during busy periods or special events.
- Assist in catering setups and banquet functions to ensure smooth operation.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
- Support kitchen staff with various tasks to ensure timely service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and cleaning protocols.
