Job Description
ISG is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative that is primarily responsible for handling inbound inquiries, providing feedback, and resolving customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
- Works closely with customer service leadership to resolve caller inquiries.
- Provides timely feedback to leadership regarding service failures or caller inquiries.
- Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
- Responsible for all other customer service tasks assigned, as needed.
