- Review claim notes / client documentation
- Responsible for assigning investigative tasks, maintaining communication throughout duration of investigation, along with assessment of findings.
- Maintain detailed diary notes/claim history within case management system.
- Provide guidance and instruction to investigators.
- Responsible for providing professional updates, reports, and communication directly with clients.
- Manage the file within the appropriate budget and by the client’s due date.
- Identify suspicious circumstances/red flags.
- Review the completed investigation and provide recommendations for additional investigation when applicable.
- QA final product including investigator time and expense.
