Industrial Service Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team!
This is a hybrid position in the Indianapolis area. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in identifying qualified candidates, reviewing resumes, and supporting the hiring process across multiple companies and positions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and looking to develop through hands-on recruiting experience.
Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates daily using Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
- Conduct resume reviews for multiple positions across multiple companies and business units.
- Identify and engage prospective candidates for open opportunities.
- Perform basic phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest.
- Assist hiring managers with scheduling interviews and coordinate candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with job postings and other recruiting-related administrative tasks.
- 1-3 years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
- Previous industrial or manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with candidates by phone.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience using Indeed or other job boards is a plus, but not required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary : $48,384 - $64,778
