Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within staffing in light industrial sector.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable partnerships.
- Oversee project management initiatives related to business development efforts, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Required skills and knowledge for the role:
- 3 years of working experience in Business Development within Staffing Industry, prefer light industrial.
- Strong outside sales and canvassing territory for new clients.
- Light Industrial or similar industries sales experience.
- Strong experience with relationship building with clients and work effectively with project team members and vital stakeholders.
- Sales-driven with a successful track record of quarterly or annual billable sales.
- Proficient in MS Office and general CRM and ATS systems
- Bachelor's' Degree preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
