What are the responsibilities and job description for the FULL TIME Cleaning Specialist position at IServe Facilities?
IServe Facilities has an immediate opening for a Full Time Cleaning Specialist.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Sweep floors, detailing edges
Vacuum carpets
Sanitize toilets/sinks and mop restrooms
Gather trash and replace trash liners
Clean floors with a high end walk behind floor machine that is self-propelled
Mop as needed in corners and edges
Organize supply closet
Perform daily care on machine such as cleaning, emptying and filling
Communicate with supervisor as needed
Other tasks as assigned
Work Schedule is Monday - Friday from 5 pm to 1 am.
On-the-job training, supplies and equipment, and company apparel all provided by IServe.
Valid Driver's License and background check authorization are required.
Strong work history with few missed days, willingness to take direction and a desire to provide excellent service are a must.
