Role Description:
- Expand SaaS Product Adoption - Design and execute strategies that grow adoption of Validify.ai, Adaptix.ai, Optix.ai, and Amped.ai across our customer base.
- Lead Direct Sales Initiatives - Create and guide direct sales strategies informed by market insight and real world data.
- Forge Lasting Customer Partnerships - Strengthen existing relationships while discovering and securing new clients.
- Align with Marketing Strategy - Partner closely with marketing to shape messaging, campaigns, and go to market execution.
- Own Sales Performance - Track progress against targets, identify obstacles, and continuously improve execution.
- Inspire and Develop Sales Teams - Coach, mentor, and motivate sales professionals to perform at their best.
- Navigate with Data - Analyze sales performance and customer insights to refine strategy and direction.
- Champion the Customer Experience - Resolve customer concerns with urgency and care, escalating when needed.
- Contribute Beyond Your Lane - Support cross functional initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the company.
Qualifications:
- Five or more years of sales experience, with Marketing SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with structured sales management processes
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
