Responsibilities
- Job posting, screening, and interview and select applicant
- Conduct exit interviews & provide outplacement support.
- Identify, benchmark, and implement benefits program
- New employee orientation (Filing & Onboarding)
- Manage company regular trainings (such as sexual harassment training)
- HRIS maintenance and update employee roster
- Serve as a link between departments and employees by handling questions, interpreting, and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- HR documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 3 years of related field required
- Resolving Conflicts and Negotiating with Others
- Communication skills (expression & comprehension)
- HR certificate preferred
- Bilingual in Korean and English is required
