Assistant Cross Country Coach 7th-12th grade
Program Leadership & Development
- Plan, organize, and oversee all levels of the program.
- Coordinate with programs to ensure long-term athlete development
Coaching & Player Development
- Conduct effective practices focused on skill development, teamwork, and strategy
- Teach fundamental and advanced techniques
- Promote physical conditioning, injury prevention, and overall athlete wellness
- Provide individual and team feedback to support growth and performance
Student-Athlete Support
- Monitor and promote academic progress and eligibility of student-athletes
- Serve as a positive role model, emphasizing character, discipline, and respect
- Support athletes in college recruitment opportunities where appropriate
