What You’ll Do
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Assist providers with charting, histories, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans
- Navigate lab reports, imaging studies, and medical records to support the provider’s workflow
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and uphold patient confidentiality at all times
- Collaborate with providers, nurses, and administrative staff to streamline operations and enhance care delivery
Who You Are
- Pre-med, pre-PA, nursing, or healthcare student (or graduate) looking for hands-on clinical exposure
- Detail-oriented and an excellent listener with fast, accurate typing skills
- Comfortable working in a high-intensity environment, sometimes multitasking during live patient interactions
- Familiar with medical terminology and EMR systems (experience with [Epic, Cerner, etc.] a plus)
