Night Shift Industrial Maintenance

Pay Range: $25 – $35 (Dependent on Experience)

• This position is open to either 2nd or 3rd shift, below are the days/times per shift:
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00p - 10:30p
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00p - 6:30a

Responsibilities:

Our Mechanics are responsible for repairing and refurbishing fusion equipment in a distribution plant by performing the following duties:

• Diagnose, maintain and repair fusion equipment including; small diesel/gas engines, generators, electrical circuits and hydraulic systems.
• Report machine defects, damages and malfunctions.
• Previous experience with computers for order entry, parts ordering and email is a plus.
• Inspect, repair or replace parts as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Remove and replace failed parts.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Clearly able to communicate needed maintenance and repairs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Base Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in maintenance or automotive repair preferred
• Diagnostic ability and Troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to quality
• Ability to meet deadlines, work flexible hours, and work in a team environment
• Interpret technical instructions
• Capability to use independent judgment and work both independently and, in a team setting.
• Basic computer skills
• Automotive experience is a plus
• Physical demands: must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis, standing, climbing is frequently required.

Screening requirements include: A Physical, Drug Screen, and Criminal Background Check.
