- Pinpoint faults in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on fusion equipment.
- Repair or replace failed parts and verify performance after service.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to keep assets reliable.
- Record all maintenance activities and parts used with accuracy.
- Communicate clearly about needed repairs and timelines.
- 5 years of mechanic experience; automotive exposure is a plus.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and read schematics.
- Hands-on skill with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
- Background in preventive maintenance procedures and inspections.
- Strong problem-solving, basic computer proficiency, and a team-first mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Physically prepared to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; frequent standing and climbing.
