Role: Marketing Associate

Work Location: Lehi Utah Onsite Hybrid
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist business-to-business (B2B) marketing team develop appropriate communication to reach the target audience.
Drive B2B marketing activities, in collaboration with the business development team.
Organize events and exhibitions at industry events (both US and international).
Regularly review collateral so that it is kept up-to-date and relevant for the audience.
Work with the development team and paid marketing team to develop engaging content and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with professional bodies and partner organizations to create a database of new potential clients.
Work with corp comm. and social media management team to develop social media content for B2B audiences.
Work with clients, BD team, content team to develop case studies (written and video).
Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Linked-In, etc)
Create and put into practice a plan for measuring B2B marketing activities through the CRM system.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors or MBA degree in Marketing or relevant field.
0 to 2 years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role.
Excellent understanding of B2B marketing.
Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use of analytical skills.
Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
Ability to create and manage marketing strategies.
An understanding of agile marketing, to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time.
Excellent communication skills.
