Position Summary:
Support the Principal and campus leadership team by overseeing student records, enrollment, attendance, PEIMS reporting, transcripts, withdrawals, scheduling support, testing coordination, and compliance processes for grades 6–12. This position ensures that all student information, records, and reporting requirements are accurate, timely, and aligned with district, state, and college expectations. The Registrar / Records and Testing Coordinator serves as a key operational support role for the campus by maintaining organized systems, supporting families and staff, and ensuring the integrity of student data and accountability processes.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access and Excel
- Ability to learn customized computer programs such as Applidesk
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with staff, students, and parents
- Ability to organize and correctly calculate claims for any meal program that is offered
- School office experience helpful but not required
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist parents in completing Enrollment forms and ensure Cumulative Record folders are completed according to state and school requirements
- Communicate effectively with Parents and Central Administration via email, telephone, fax and in person in a professional manner.
- Assist with reports for the school, faxes or email reports to Central administration in Lewisville.

Maintain Student Attendance Records and fax these to the PEIMS coordinator
- Ensure appropriate enrollment forms are completed and faxed to the PEIMS coordinator in a timely manner
- Tracks students who leave or withdraw from the school and ensure appropriate documentation of leaver codes
- Greet visitors to school, determines nature of business, and direct visitors to destination
- Talk with student encountering problems and resolve problems or direct student to teacher or Principal
- Compile transcripts for students
Other Requirements:
- Read and comply with the Procedures Manual, Employee Handbook, Student Handbook and Student Code of Conduct
