The Position:
We are looking for a positive, energetic Turnover Manager with a focus on Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines with an additional wide variety of abilities to complement our experienced workforce.
Applicants should have the ability to:
- Ensure the quality department coordinates with planning and scheduling to understand milestone dates for each turnover area.
- Coordinate with the site QA/QC Manager to complete the as-built turnover documentation.
- Resolve discrepancies between milestones and quality documents.
- Review suppliers' inspection plans against the milestone scope.
- Coordinate scope of work with the commissioning department.
- Help site subcontractors compile turnover dossiers.
- Provide progress updates for project reports.
- Monitor inspections test packs for as-built dossiers.
- Highlight implications of QC document delays to the QA/QC Manager.
- Monitor punch list and exception lists for quality dossiers.
- Attend weekly QA/QC and commissioning meetings.
- Address inconsistencies in test packages with field QC inspectors.
- Provide progress data to planning and scheduling department.
Requirements:

- Ability to meet the cut score on the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Skill Assessment.
- Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol test and applicable background checks.
- Strong computer skills in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and PDF Editor.
- Professional demeanor coupled with the ability to organize and prioritize a fast-paced ever-changing scope of work.
- Eight (8) Years’ experience in Electrical and Instrumentation fabrication, installation, and testing with an additional five (5) years’ experience of verifiable QA/QC or turnover experience.
