ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work safely with all equipment you’re authorized to operate.
- Customer Satisfaction – Ensure you provide a positive customer experience each and every time. This is our highest priority and the key to our success. Treat all customers with respect and provide top notch service to our customers.
- Friendly to your co-workers, customers, and vendors.
- Orders - Pull orders and deliver to the jobs site safely, accurately, and on-time.
- Paperwork – Submit and produce all required paperwork in a timely and legible manner.
- Invoicing -Create and ensure Invoicing information is accurate on each ISAT Ticket.
- Keep a clean appearance, organized and punctual.
- Handle daily customer phone orders.
- Sales Order Entry.
- Manage inventory counts.
- Printing orders/labels.
- Billing and administrative duties
- Purchase Order entry.
- Prioritize Customer Orders.
- Respond to emails daily.
- Production Support and Coordination.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to lift 70 pounds.
- Performs other duties as assigned - The employee might be asked to perform duties not listed in this job description, but which are also considered to be essential to the employment position.
