Wednesday to Saturday | 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
Starting at $22/hour

About iSandbox Factory:
iSandbox Factory is a creative, hands-on experience space where art, crafts, and imagination come together—especially for kids and families. We are looking for a motivated, creative, and people-focused individual to help lead daily operations and create memorable experiences for our customers.
Position Overview:
This role combines customer service, creativity, and team leadership. You will manage daily customer interactions, guide creative activities, and supervise a small team of part-time employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service to children and families
• Manage and support a team of up to 5 part-time employees
• Lead and assist with art & craft activities
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe environment
• Handle light physical tasks (lifting 25–30 lbs as needed)
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working with kids or willing to learn
• Interest or skill in arts and crafts
• Ability to lift 25–30 pounds
• Leadership skills and ability to manage a small team
• Reliable, positive, and eager to grow with the company
Growth Opportunity:
