Outpatient Psychotherapist

We are seeking a Licensed Outpatient Psychotherapist to join our team to provide psychotherapy services. Please submit your application if you are seeking a group private practice setting that offers a comfortable, yet professional clinical environment.

Potential candidates must have flexible availability, to include some evenings.

Therapists will assess client needs and provide outpatient therapy services to teens and/ or adults, in a private office setting and/ or via Telehealth. Work is done with individuals, couples, and families. Applicants must carry a license as an LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT, including Associate Licensees. The license must be valid in North Carolina.

We are looking for people who are highly motivated, innovative, tech savvy, team players who possess strong organizational skills, exceptional time management and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide mental health counseling to clients, utilizing a range of techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, etc.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Foster a supportive environment for teens, adults, couples and/or families, integrating relevant therapeutic approaches.

We are hiring for Full Time W2 and/ or Part Time contract (1099) position.
