Job Overview
We are seeking a Bartender to join our team and provide exceptional service in an upscale dining environment. If you have a passion for delivering top-notch customer service and creating memorable bar experiences, we want to hear from you. This role is a hybrid: Fayetteville for Mondays & Tuesdays, Bentonville Wednesdays - Saturdays. Must be able to work both locations.
We are seeking someone who wants to create a loyal clientele at the bar. We are open Monday - Saturday. Arrive at 4:00pm. Close at 8:30/9pm. Happy Hour is Monday-Friday, 4:30-6pm in Bentonville.
Interview will be held at the Fayetteville location.
Responsibilities
- Address any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and attentiveness
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the drink menu with detailed descriptions of wines, cocktails, & beer
- Function in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets high standards
- Manage cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with server staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area
Requirements
- Prior experience in fine dining bartender service is recommended
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine pairing & popular cocktails
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while upholding high service standards
