Position Title: Trust Officer
Reports To: Trust Manager
General Purpose: Business development, administer trusts, estates, and investment management accounts.
Responsibilities:
Administer personal trusts, estates, investment management accounts in accordance with terms and provisions of the governing document.
Ensure that assets are invested according to the Investment Policy Statement and consistent with the purpose of the trust and/or account objective.
Manage client relationships by providing a high-level of client satisfaction.
Develops new account relationships through community and professional visibility.
Engage in client expansion and cross-serving for bank services.
Actively pursues new business and expands market presence of Isabella Wealth by building and maintaining relationships with clients, bank employees, attorneys, and other centers of influence to generate leads.
May supervise, coach, train, and mentor other Isabella Wealth staff.
Responsible for various projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience
Bachelors’ Degree required in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of Trust experience.
Skills
Ability to retain clients and develop new business.
Goal oriented and self-starter.
Demonstrates analytical and decision making skills.
Effectively work as a team member and independently
