Responsibilities

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and return all phone messages promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service and support while processing customer policy change requests.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information or for new business quotes.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.

Requirement

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Must be highly self-motivated.

Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.

Problem-Solving Capabilities.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

Be capable of handling customer rejection.

Outgoing and comfortable talking to people.

Handle other administrative tasks as assigned.

Sales experience suggested but not required.

No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn and open to obtaining a license.

Background check required.

Salary : $17 - $19
