This role is located at our Dallas North Park location.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily store maintenance tasks, encompassing stock management, merchandising, pricing mark downs, merchandise transfers, supply restocking, and light cleaning duties.
- Maintain the presentation and organization of the stock room to the highest standards.
- Ensure accurate completion of markdowns, price adjustments, and handling of damaged items within specified timeframes.
- Adhere rigorously to Loss Prevention guidelines as outlined in the employee handbook, ensuring the security of our merchandise.
- Uphold the company's policies and procedures, contributing to the store's smooth operation.
- Efficiently process incoming deliveries within set timelines.
- Oversee inventory movement and guarantee compliance with all Shipping/Receiving policies.
- Achieve and sustain inventory accuracy, meeting established shrinkage targets.
- Demonstrate adeptness in managing register functions and operations.
- Take ownership of loss prevention efforts across all aspects of inventory management.
- Exhibit proficiency in utilizing computer programs, particularly MS Office.
- Showcase an in-depth understanding of our merchandise, staying updated on product knowledge.
- Abide by and maintain Visual Merchandise directives.
- Acknowledge that this list of duties and responsibilities is not exhaustive, and be prepared for additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail services, with a preference for a luxury retail environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with retail systems, including labor management, inventory systems, and sales reporting.
- Flexibility to work a versatile schedule that accommodates business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
