Isabel Bloom, Inc. offers a fun, creative working environment! We are seeking a full-time Concrete Sculpture Caster/Shipper to join our team. The right candidate will be a detail-oriented self-motivated team player who is eager to learn new skills with a positive attitude.
As a Shipping Team Member, you will be responsible for boxing, packing preparing, moving, loading and unloading and organizing product and materials for storage in warehouse and distribution or shipment to customers.
As a Casting Team Member, you will be producing concrete sculptures by mixing and pouring concrete into molds, breaking down the cast and filing sculptures.

Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to perform essential duties
- Ability to read and write
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in oral or written form
- Ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement and volume
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to execute basic functions using a computer
