Position Summary
- As our Client Relationship Manager, you'll play an integral role in supporting both our clients and advisors. You'll answer incoming calls, assist with client service requests, coordinate policy and account servicing, work closely with compliance requirements, and help ensure every client receives a first-class experience.

Responsibilities
- Serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Answer incoming calls professionally while providing outstanding customer service.
- Assist clients with policy servicing, account maintenance, beneficiary changes, withdrawals, transfers, claims, and other service requests.
- Prepare, process, and track client paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers, custodians, and financial institutions to resolve client needs.
- Work closely with the firm's compliance processes to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and timely.
- Schedule client appointments and assist with advisor calendars.
- Maintain accurate client records within the firm's CRM.
- Follow up proactively on outstanding service items and keep clients informed throughout the process.
- Support advisors with administrative tasks that enhance the overall client experience.
- Build lasting relationships by providing responsive, professional, and personalized service.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
- 2 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, banking, or a related financial field.
- Previous experience supporting financial advisors or working in a client service role is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Professional demeanor with a positive, team-first attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CRM and financial software quickly.
Experience with systems such as Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce, Orion, eMoney, Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, or similar platforms is a plus.
FINRA Licensing
FINRA licenses are not required for this position. We welcome candidates with strong client service experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or wealth management. The right person will receive training on our firm's processes and procedures.
