Pay rate: $28.00 - 32.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Service all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
- Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
- Document legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
- Build and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
- Follow all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
- Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.
Job Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of HVAC Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- EPA – Universal Certification preferred
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $28-$32. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
