Residential HVAC Service Technician

Job Description:

W.F. Hann & Sons is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician for their Warrensville Heights, OH, location. In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work thoroughly and accurately.

This job would be ideal for a self-motivated customer service-oriented individual who is eager to expand their trade knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Services all equipment according to an established service schedule and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
• Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
• Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits daily.
• Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
• Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC work experience
• EPA – Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
