Outbound Sales Representative

AP Plumbing is seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative for their Rochester, NY location. The Inside Sales representative develops prospects and interacts with existing customers, primarily by phone. Using a list provided to you, you would be working to increase sales for AP Plumbing's service and install departments.

Responsibilities:  

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails from leads
• Understand customer needs and requirements to successfully fulfill their expectations
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Maintain customer database with accuracy and precision
• Work with Install, Service, and Sales teams to schedule appointments
• Meet monthly department goals
• Demonstrate an outstanding level of professionalism
    

Job Qualifications: 

• High school diploma required. College degree in a related area such as Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, English, etc. preferred
• Two or more years of proven experience in inside sales
• Track record of meeting or exceeding inside sales goals
• Plumbing knowledge or experience a plus

The pay range for this position is $50,000-55,000. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
