Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team in a full-time, in-person sales position. This role focuses on direct customer interaction, presenting products and services, and helping customers find solutions that best fit their needs.

This is a sales-focused opportunity for individuals who are confident communicating with people, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Weekly base pay plus commission.

This position includes:

• Face-to-face customer interaction
• In-person sales presentations
• Direct customer engagement
• On-site work environment

This is not a remote position.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Approach and engage customers in person
• Present products, services, and promotions in a clear and professional manner
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
• Assist customers with service selections and account setup
• Process applications and complete necessary documentation
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing sales role
• Goal-oriented and motivated by results
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
