Position Overview:
The Site Logistics Coordinator supports data center operations by managing the physical and system based movement, storage, and tracking of devices and consumable materials. This role is full time, forty hours per week, working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, and plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, material availability, and operational continuity across data center environments.
Responsibilities:
- Receive deliveries within the data center both physically and within inventory systems
- Receive and process devices and consumable materials
- Ensure materials are secured and stored appropriately at the time of delivery
- Expedite shipments and perform ad hoc physical material verification through warehouses
- Maintain and organize storage areas to support operational efficiency
- Create and manage physical project pallets
- Pull, prepare, and coordinate shipment of materials for movement to other sites or warehouses
- Support and appropriately escalate emergent data center operations material requests and other urgent matters
- Perform inventory accuracy activities, including weekly device inventory scans
- Execute cycle counts within the NGC inventory according to scheduled ABC analysis
- Conduct discrepancy investigations for onsite and warehouse inventory variances
- Complete physical and system based return to stock activities
- Process return to stock rack transactions
- Manage post project unused material return to stock activities Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or data center support
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, moving, and organizing equipment and materials
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on inventory accuracy and process adherence
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with operations and logistics teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort working within inventory or asset management systems Tools and Technologies:
