About the role: The Inventory Control Manager will manage all component and finished good inventory on hand. They will also maintain all inventory data, understanding cycle count, inventory discrepancies, and variance repo
rts.
This role will be fully onsite in our new Mesa, AZ facility (next to the Mesa Gateway Airp
ort).
DUTIES/RESPONSIBIL
- ITIES:Manages all component and finished good inventory on hand, correcting any discrepancies found within the ERP system / Microsoft Dynam
- ics GPMaintains monthly Production totals, variance reports, and slow-moving / obsolete inventory data; supplying management with analysis details for scrap ap
- provalInitiates cycle count schedule and delegates the specific counts to the Warehouse team, performing secondary / supervisor counts when high quantity discrepancies
- existEnters all cycle count data into the ERP system upon Warehouse team comp
- letionSupervises multiple team members, training on proper inventory organization, work order data entry, and ERP system an
- alysisCommunicates with multiple departments, streamlining procedures and trouble-shooting any logistical issues that may
- ariseActs as backup to the Inventory Control Clerk regarding processing of all internal work
- ordersPosts all 3rd party work orders into the ERP system, communicating with the Plant Manager whenever received quantities do not match with init
- ial POPerforms all disassembling of internal work orders within Great
- PlainsControls the creation and maintenance of all bin locations, both physically, and systematically within the ERP
- systemRuns bi-monthly site adjustments to clear out used packer components and rejected finished goods received back from

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABI
- LITIES:Prior experience in an Inventory Management role; ideally with direct people management expe
- rience.Strong computer skills with experience utilizing Excel an
- d Word.Must have prior experience with Microsoft Dynam
- ics GP.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively across different teams and depar
tments.
