Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive inspections on incoming used vehicles
- Diagnose and repair engines, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, HVAC, and other components
- Complete maintenance and reconditioning work such as oil changes, filters, tires, alignments, and general repairs
- Identify needed repairs and clearly communicate findings to the team
- Ensure all work meets dealership, OEM, and safety requirements
- Accurately document all services performed on repair orders
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
- Work efficiently to meet used vehicle reconditioning timelines and production goals
- Automotive technician experience required (dealership or independent shop)
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience using diagnostic tools and scan equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
