Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on Mazda and Lincoln manufacturer guidelines
- Prepare and explain estimates, timelines, and repair recommendations
- Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs
- Provide consistent updates to customers throughout the service visit
- Promote preventive maintenance in an ethical and customer-focused manner
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
- Support CSI and customer retention goals
- Follow all dealership policies and procedures
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume service department
- Working knowledge of automotive systems and service terminology
- Computer proficiency; dealership DMS experience a plus
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
