Overview
Irwin First United Methodist Church is seeking a part-time Director of Music Ministries.
Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the Pastor and Worship Team, this position would plan the music for our weekly worship services and special services during Lent, Easter, Advent, and Christmas.
- Directing responsibilities include the Chancel Choir and Handbell Choir (Thursday evenings), Children's Choir and Youth Chime Choir (Sunday afgternoons).
- Administrative responsibilities include maintaining music files, reporting to licensing agencies, etc.
Requirements
- Music degree is preferred, but not required.
- Background checks requires.
Pay: From $13,500.00 per year
Work Location: In person
