What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part time LSW position at Irvington Counseling Center?
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and therapy services to individuals with Various mental health issues.
- Utilize various therapeutic approaches to support clients' mental health and well-being
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans and interventions
- Providing services for clients as young as 7 years old and across the lifespan.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in social work
- Valid license or certification as a clinician LSW or LAC
- Experience working with individuals with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression , PTSD, Bipolar disorder etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
