What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Helper position at Irving Oil?
As a Field Helper, you will work alongside a licensed Fuel Delivery Driver to support the safe and efficient transport of petroleum products. Your goal will be to assist the driver by performing physical labor, paying attention to safety protocols, and a willingness to assist with both vehicle operations and on-site tasks. Your success will be determined by your collaboration with the driver on delivering the product to the customer.

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the driver with any items that need to be loaded off the trucks
- Assist with manual labor components as well as lifting, carrying, and holding in place.
- Assist the driver with any items that need to be loaded off the trucks
- Assist the driver with all equipment is needed throughout the day
- Assist with helping to hold any necessary items in place
Your Skills:
- Basic mathematical skills are necessary
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong safety focus required
Your Experience:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum 2 years’ Commercial Transportation experience
